Lunge cycle starts today!!!! We will start with our 7 minute pull up EMOM. Then you will do back rack lunges- 8 sets of 2 walking reverse + 2 walking forward lunges. You will start at 25% of your 1RM back squat and increase across your sets. Goal for today is to work up to something that is challenging, we will be using this number to base percentages on over the next two months. Conditioning will be intervals of wall balls and double unders
