7am, 8am, 9am: Kettlebells. We will be doing a circuit of floor press, seated or tall kneeling press, single leg RDL, cossacks, and halo in squat. Bring a mat/towel and your wrist guards.
12pm: Playground. You have chin ups, strict T2B, bar dips, and double unders. Bring gloves, a mat/towel, and a jump rope if you have one.
