7, 8, 9am: Kettlebells. Since I crushed your shoulders last week, this week will be all legs. Dual kb deadlifts, farmers carries, dual kb front squats, front rack carries, squat cleans, and American swings. It is going to be cold- I'll keep you moving the entire hour so your body temp will be good, but you will want a hat, buff, and gloves. You should also bring a mat/towel and wrist guards.
12pm: Playground. We will be doing towel pull ups, ring dips, diaper changers, weighted step ups, and parallel bar knee raises. Bring your gloves and a mat/towel.
