Last day of front squats before we start a new back squat cycle! You will test a 1 rep max and accumulate 30 wall facing handstand push-ups. Conditioning will be a double under test for those of you that are good at them. If double unders aren't your thing, you will do a little bit of skill work and then a metcon of lateral box jump overs
