Endurance Day with special guest Coach Stephanie! You will start with Steph's choice of gymnastics skill work. Then conditioning will be an interval workout of wall balls, double unders, rowing, pull-ups, and battle ropes

Steph can't coach the 12pm class, so JP will be in charge of open gym for the hour- you will do the same interval workout as the earlier classes
