7am and 8am: Kettlebells. You have elevator squats, bent over rows, and strict press for strength. Conditioning will be squat clean thrusters and American swings. Wear layers and bring gloves.
12pm: Playground. You have range of motion work for pull ups, push ups, and sit ups in part A. Conditioning will be lateral box/bench step overs and mountain climbers. Wear layers, gloves, and bring a mat/towel.
