Wednesday, January 27th Outdoor Class

Kettlebells- part A will be full body strength. Deadlifts, presses, squats, swings, and cleans. Part B will be a short partner conditioning piece. I will keep you moving the entire hour so you don't get cold. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.


Playground- lots of super fun static holds for part A. Then you have pull ups, ring dips, and double unders. Bring a jump rope if you have one, gloves, and a mat/towel.
