Wednesday, January 13th Outdoor Class

Morning: Kettlebells. You have bottoms up pressing, front rack walking lunges, dual kb swings, dual kb squats, and dual kb push press. Bring gloves and wrist guards.


12pm: Playground. You have ring rows, ring or bar dips, zercher squats, and pike push ups. Bring your gloves and a mat/towel.
