7, 8, 9am- Kettlebells. You have a complex of dual kb swings, squats, and S2O. Then conditioning will be single bell deadlifts, swings, and squats. Wear warm clothes (layers!) and BRING GLOVES.
12pm- Playground. Chin over bar hold, quadruped walkouts, strict hanging knee lifts, and bar dips for strength. Then a short AMRAP of pull ups, diamond push ups, and squat jumps. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
