It is going to be cold so wear warm clothes and BRING GLOVES!
7, 8, 9am: Kettlebells. You have piston presses, piston floor press, snatches, and overhead walking lunges. Bring a mat/towel.
12pm: Playground. We will do 30 on, 30 off, rotating stations of ring rows, ring dips, pull ups, pike push ups, and hollow rocks. Bring a mat/towel.
