It is going to be COLD! Wear layers and bring warm gloves.
7am and 8am: Kettlebells. You have goblet squats, single leg Romanian deadlifts, jump rope, and sit ups. I am not programming anything super grippy so you can keep your hands warm in your gloves. I will also keep you moving the entire hour so you stay warm. Bring a jump rope if you have one and a mat/towel.
12pm: Playground. Jump rope, chin ups, ring support hold, side planks, and wall walks (maybe). Bring a jump rope if you have one and a mat/towel.
