6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in True Coach for those of you signed up

12pm: PUMP day. We are taking a week off of chest/back and focusing on shoulders since you don't have an overhead day in class this week. You have strict press, lateral raises, piston press, shoulder circles, iso hammer curls, diamond push-ups, and single leg V-ups
