6am-12pm: Open Gym. Workouts are up in TrueCoach for those of you signed up

12pm: PUMP day. You will start with a 1 rep max bench press test. Then you have foot elevated med ball push-ups, weighted pull-ups, barbell bicep curls, barbell skull crushers, and farmers holds
