Thursday, November 12th Outdoor Class

Full body kettlebell day. You will have 8 stations, 3 minutes at each with a 2 min rest between. Bring a mat/towel and your wrist guards. It looks like it is going to rain in the morning, but stop by the time class starts. If you don't get a text/email from me, class is ON!
