Sloppy Joe With Vinegar Slaw


Ingredients:

10 oz angel hair cabbage

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp celery seed

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 lb ground beef (I used 94% lean)

1 can Manwich original

1 potato bun

Directions:

  1. Put cabbage in a large bowl

  2. Mix vinegar, oil, Dijon, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a small dish. Add to cabbage and toss

  3. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add ground beef and brown, breaking the meat into small pieces

  4. Drain excess fat from the skillet and add Manwich. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 1-2 minutes

  5. Put bun on a plate. Top with 1/4 of the meat and 1/4 of the coleslaw

  6. Put remaining meat and coleslaw in Tupperware and refrigerate up to 5 days
