Ingredients:
4 oz raw shrimp
50g avocado
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 of a red onion
1 Tbsp Trader Joe's chile lime seasoning
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Juice from 1 lime
1 oz tortilla chips
Directions:
Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Dice into small pieces
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Spray thoroughly with cooking spray and add the shrimp. Cook for 1 minute, then flip the shrimp and cook another minute. Remove from heat
Dice avocado, onion, and tomatoes and put in a bowl. Add the shrimp and mix in the chile lime seasoning, cilantro, and lime juice
Serve salad with tortilla chips
