Shakshuka

Ingredients:

1 package Trader Joe's Shakshuka Starter

2 eggs

1/4 cup goat cheese

30g crusty bread

Directions:

  1. Add shakshuka starter and 2 Tbsp water to a small skillet. Cover and heat over medium low until simmering, about 6 minutes

  2. Uncover the skillet and use a spoon to create 2 small holes in the sauce. Crack an egg into each one

  3. Cover the skillet and let eggs cook for another 2 minutes

  4. Transfer the shakshuka to a plate. Top with goat cheese and serve with bread
