Saturday, March 6th SAQ and Mobility/Stability

WE ARE BACK AT CHELSEA PARK!!! SAQ will be at 9, 10, and 11am. We will do a lot of lateral movement and change of direction work, so wear shoes that support your ankles and are good for jumping.


Mobility/stability will be in studio at 2:30pm. Focus will be on hips/lower body this week.
