9am and 10am: speed ladder. We will do a short dynamic warm up, then get on the ladders. Fancy feet, lateral movement, and a little bit of jumping. Wear shoes that support your ankles for lateral movement.
11am: STEPHEN WRIGHT'S BDAY WOD!!!!! We will start with a little bit of gymnastics skill work (cartwheels!), then a little bit of speed ladder, then a combo of speed ladder and gymnastics. For conditioning you will do a partner workout of running, push ups, sit ups, and air squats.
