9am- Mobility/Stability

11am- SAQ is cancelled because we are having our first ever BRING A FRIEND workout!!! This will be a partner style endurance workout involving simple movements (bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell)

12pm- SCF grand opening social!!! All are welcome, feel free to bring friends and family. I will provide water, wine, beer, and hard seltzers
