9am- Olympic Lifting, focus is on the clean. You have muscle clean + front squat, then power clean + front squat, then full cleans
10am- this will be Endurance instead of mobility. You have intervals of box jumps, pull-ups, battle ropes, ski erg, plate ground to overhead, plate overhead reverse lunges, echo bike, American kb swings, and V-ups
