9am- Olympic Lifting, focus will be on the snatch this week. Primers will be muscle snatch + overhead squat. Then you have power snatches, then full snatches

10am- there will be no mobility this week because we are doing our annual CHRISMUKKAH workout!!!! This will be a team workout utilizing simple movements. All are welcome, feel free to bring friends and family
