THERE IS ONLY ONE CLASS TODAY, AT 11AM
For those of you participating in Secret Santa, we will do our gift exchange at 11am. After the gift exchange, the workout will be "The 10 Days of Chrismukkah". You do not need to be participating in the gift exchange to attend class. This will be a long workout, all using 10# and 25# plates. Wear warm clothes, heavy gloves, and bring a mat/towel. Class today is FREE!
