10am- SAQ at Chelsea Park. We will plan on meeting at the field. If you can't find me, check the handball courts. If it starts raining, we can walk to the studio, but I think we will be ok outside

11:30am- Mobility/Stability at the studio. Focus will be on thoracic spine/shoulders.
