Ingredients:
50g Birchbenders Protein Pancake Mix
16g Peanut Butter
1 tsp Trader Joe's Cocoa Cinnamon Sugar Blend
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over high heat and spray generously with cooking spray
Mix pancake mix with 1/4 cup of water and spoon onto skillet to form 3 equal sized pancakes
Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for an additional minute
Move pancakes to a plate and top with peanut butter and cocoa cinnamon sugar blend
*Substitute whatever toppings you like. My favorite is laughing cow cheese.
