Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

50g Birchbenders Protein Pancake Mix

16g Peanut Butter

1 tsp Trader Joe's Cocoa Cinnamon Sugar Blend

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and spray generously with cooking spray

  2. Mix pancake mix with 1/4 cup of water and spoon onto skillet to form 3 equal sized pancakes

  3. Cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for an additional minute

  4. Move pancakes to a plate and top with peanut butter and cocoa cinnamon sugar blend

*Substitute whatever toppings you like. My favorite is laughing cow cheese.
