Ingredients:
4 oz salmon
Salt and Pepper
140g Trader Joe's Multigrain Blend With Vegetables
2 Tbsp Trader Joe's Green Goddess Dressing
Lemon Wedges
Directions:
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Spray generously with cooking spray
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Put it in the pan skin side down and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes
While salmon is cooking, put the grains in a microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes
Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes, undisturbed
Put everything on a plate. Top the salmon with dressing and a squeeze of lemon
