6, 7, 8, 9am: Playground Class. For strength you will be doing a chin over bar hold, triceps extension, and oblique tuck up circuit. Conditioning will be an AMRAP of step ups, lunges, and push ups. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
12pm: Kettlebell Class. You will be doing snatches and walking lunges. Bring your wrist guards.
