6am, 7am, 8am, 9am: Playground Workout. We will do pull ups, handstand push up variations, double unders, ring support holds, rows on the dip bar, toes to bar, and no push up burpees. Bring your mat/towel and gloves.
12pm: Kettlebells. We will do Turkish get ups on a 45 sec interval, then swings on a 30 sec interval. Bring your wrist guards and a mat/towel.
