6, 7, 8, 9am: Meet at the basketball courts for a playground workout. You will do commando pull ups, tempo push ups, handstand skill work, shrimp squats, and abs. Bring your gloves and a mat/towel.
12pm: Kettlebells. You will do goblet squats, goblet walking lunges, American swings, and burpees. Bring a mat/towel.
