Overhead Day- we will be starting with push presses with a 3 second pause in the dip. This will help work on maintaining a good front rack position and not pushing early with the arms. After push press, you will load up the bar with something heavy and do jerk dips to continue working on your front rack positions. Conditioning will be a re-test of Strict "Jackie". Goal is to go faster than you did on 8/2/21
