MORNING CLASSES ARE CANCELED DUE TO RAIN! I will be doing a zoom class at 8am- no equipment necessary. If you have a dumbbell or kettlebell you can use it to add load, but it isn't a requirement for the workout. Part A will be static holds, then part B will be a combo of plank shoot throughs, squats, and a single leg movement of your choice. No jumping, so you don't need to worry about bothering your neighbors. The zoom ID is 905-153-7360
12PM KETTLEBELL CLASS IS STILL ON!!!!! It looks like the rain will stop by noon, so unless you get a text/email from me I will be at the park. You will be doing windmills in part A, then snatches, push press, and single arm overhead squats for part B. Bring your wrist guards.
