Overhead Day- we will be snatching today! You have a 7 min EMOM of muscle snatch + overhead squat, then a 7 min EMOM of power snatch + overhead squat, then a 7 min EMOM of 1 full snatch. Conditioning will be intervals of battle ropes, double unders, and plank-ups
