Overhead Day- last week of snatch grip push press before we start working on actual overhead squats! You will do a 5x5, trying to finish heavier than you did on 6/29/22. This will be supersetted with contralateral forearm planks. Conditioning will be single arm kb deadlifts, swings, squats, push presses, push-ups, and no push-up burpees
