7am and 8am: Playground. Strength will be pull ups, push ups, and step ups. Conditioning will be squat jumps, jumping lunges, and tuck ups. Bring gloves and a mat/towel.
12pm: Kettlebells. Strength will be single leg Romanian deadlifts and halo in squat. Conditioning will be clean + split jerk and goblet squats. Bring gloves.
