We are starting 2022 off with a front squat cycle- today you will test a 1 rep max and we will base the rest of the cycle off of percentages. We will also be continuing handstand work- you will do wall walks plus a cartwheel off of the wall and parallette pike push-ups. Conditioning will be an AMRAP of pull-ups, med ball cleans, and American kb swings
