8am- Playground. We will do a 30 minute workout with jump rope, ring rows, pike push ups, bar dips, step ups, and hollow rocks. It is going to be super cold so this will be non stop movement. Wear lots of layers, gloves, and bring a jump rope if you have one and a mat/towel.
12pm will not meet outdoors. I am doing a 12pm and 1pm indoor session. I can add on an 11am if there is interest- text or email me!
