Morning classes: meet at the playground. We will do a gymnastics warm up with some handstand and cartwheel skill work. Then pull ups, staggered hand push ups, and Cossacks. Conditioning will be bear crawl suicides and abs. You need warm clothes, gloves and a mat/towel
12pm: Kettlebells. We will continue to work on split jerks in part A, then do cleans and Cossacks in conditioning. Wear warm clothes and bring gloves.
