Italian Sausage and Peppers Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 Italian style chicken sausage
2/3 cup Trader Joe's frozen peppers and onions
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of dried basil
Pinch of dried oregano
1 Ciabatta roll

Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray
Dice chicken sausage into small pieces and add to the skillet. Brown on all sides
Add peppers, tomato sauce, and herbs to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and cook stirring constantly, about 2 minutes
Slice Ciabatta roll in half and top with the sausage, peppers, and onions mixture
