Regular schedule today with special guest coach BUCHANAN aka FITDADDY!!!! Today will be your first day of snatching, and Buchanan is excellent at performing and teaching the Olympic lifts. You will do power snatches from above the knee. Conditioning will be strict pull-ups, hand release push-ups, and double unders
