MURPH!!!!! For those of you that are not familiar, this a workout we do on Memorial Day in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005


For Time:

1 mile run

then:

100 pull-ups

200 push-ups

300 air squats

*partition reps as desired

then:

1 mile run


I know this sounds overwhelming, but I promise I will have reasonable scaling options for all of you- most of you will likely do half volume
