Front Squat Cycle Day 3- we will start with a little bit of freestanding handstand practice. Then front squats will be a 5x5 at 70% of your 1RM. You will superset these with wall facing HSPU or any pike push-up variation. Conditioning will be an AMRAP of dual kb/db front squats, suitcase lunges, and mountain climbers
