Long endurance days are back!!!!! All classes will meet at Chelsea Park, schedule is 7am, 8am, and 12pm. You will be running a total of 5 laps and doing jump rope, squats, lunges, tuck jumps, speed skaters, and no push up burpees. Bring your jump rope and a mat/towel. It is going to be in the 30's, so wear warm clothes and gloves.
