Back Squat Cycle Day 4- you will start with your 5 min AMRAP of wall facing handstand push-ups, strict pull-ups, and goblet squats. Strength will be 5x5 back squats at 80% of your 1 rep max, 2 min rest between sets. Conditioning will be med ball sit-ups, wall balls, and med ball bear hug reverse lunges
