Cauliflower Gnocchi With Chicken Sausage

Ingredients:

140g Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi

1 link Trader Joe's Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage

2 cups spinach

10g shaved parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet over high heat. Spray generously with cooking spray. Add frozen (do not defrost) gnocchi to the skillet and let cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.

  2. Add sausage and saute until gnocchi and sausage are evenly browned.

  3. Add spinach to the skillet and saute just until wilted. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Plate your meal and top with parmesan.
